we especially like the height of these stools. Most bar stools are 30 "..When sitting on these I feel more comfortable when eating..Our bar overlooks our family room and these provide a great place for watching TV (football season starting). The seats are extremely comfortable, they swivel nicely and are very sturdy. We just installed travertine flooring and didn't want anything that would scrape the floor. We put additional padding on the feet and it's fine. Even with the slightly uneven floor there is no wobbling..Great stools!
