We receive many compliments about these bar stools and enjoy using them.
Pad protects our countertop when chair swivels around.
Negative feature: the heavy metal bottoms require pads to protect wood, tile or linoleum flooring.
Have only owned/used for 6 wks so can't comment on long-term durability.
