Vinotemp:
Vinotemp has been building premium wine cabinets for over 20 years. Since 1985, they have sold approximately 250,000 wine cellars in the U.S. and overseas. Francis Ravel was the innovator and creator of Vinotemp and a man ahead of his time. He began his venture by selling and making his own wine. This is where he was first introduced to the idea of placing a cooling unit into a sealed wine cabinet.
In the beginning he had one factory making the wine cabinets, and another making the cooling systems. Francis then began manufacturing the wine cabinets himself. In 1999 he decided to ameliorate the problems with the current wine cooling system. With better components he created the Wine Mate cooling unit; the only UL approved wine cooling system. His daughter worked with him for 15 years and is now the President of Vinotemp.

White Glove Gold Additional Information:
This item will be delivered by a white glove freight carrier. White glove carriers are different from common carriers in that they provide the customer with many benefits throughout the delivery process. Unlike common carriers, a white glove delivery team consists of at least two people so you will not be burdened with helping the driver carry your order from the back of the truck to your home.
Important note: Once your order arrives in your area, a representative from the white glove carrier will call you to arrange a 4 hour window for delivery. You MUST inspect your package at the time of delivery. If the product has any damage, or if there is any reason for you to be at all concerned about damage, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem.

The shipper will also remove and dispose of all packaging.
White Glove Platinum
Platinum service level provides two-man delivery to inside your residence to the room you choose. This service includes carrying the product up two flights of stairs from the building threshold (4-15 steps = 1 flight). If you need the product moved up additional flights please contact us*. Once the product is in the room you desire, the shipper will unpack the product and provide light setup that requires basic tools (i.e. pieces will be screwed or bolted together, set pieces next to each other, or on top of each other). The shipper will also remove and dispose of all packaging.
*In all cases the shipper will not hookup any electrical or component wires. Having items carried up more than 25 steps and longer assembly periods are available as additional services which would require additional charges. Please contact us if you feel you need these services.
